Spotted a new breastfeeding blog this week when the author showed up here and left some comments. ;) It's pretty new, but it looks like it's probably worth checking out.

Mama Knows Breast (cute title!) is the blog of Andi Silverman, mom of two that's working on a book about breastfeeding. Andi is a former lawyer and journalist and actually used to be an on-air reporter for the CBS and FOX affiliates in Boston.

Her blog will, like this one, covering breastfeeding news and information with a splash of her own personal life and experiences thrown in. Since she's still nursing an infant and chasing around a toddler, I imagine we'll both be sharing stories of boobs flying out in public while trying to feed one kid without allowing the other to jump over a bridge.

Thanks, I will go check out her blog!

BTW, I haven't commented before, but I come and read your posts often.

Thanks for pointing out the new blog, MamaKnowsBreast.com! It's great to find breastfeeding info that is informative, current, but doesn't take itself too seriously! Love your blog, too!

Unfortunately this site is slathered in formula ads. Definately not appropriate for a serious breastfeeding blog.

    "Slathered" in formula ads?

Really? Cause I've never seen one show up and there are only about two places that one could even POSSIBLY show up.

To note, those are ads supplied by Google, I don't pick them.

If you do see a formula ad showing up, please feel free to email me, I can manually remove them, but only if I know what domain name the ad is for. Otherwise, I have no say in what pops up.

(Oh, or perhaps you don't mean "this" site as in The Lactivist, but "this" site as in the site i was linking too...)
